Aw man there are no words for this other than '1337'
I've been using this app called iComic. It's an OS X program which has an incredibly sleek interface and basically grabs every comic under the sun. Its free too and can in theory get any webcomic once someone has written a plugin for it. It has effectively rendered my "webcomics" tabbed window bookmark for Safari completely pointless and it lets me read the funnies like Adam@Home and BC, and the Wizard of ID!! Its so cool!!
Anyhow I've been using it for a while and even with its support for the odd webcomic I declared it "the coolest thing in the world" but today I actually bothered to read the plugin (you drag and drop plugins to add support for new cartoons) descriptions and discovered that some of the slightly vague titles up for download actually contained all the old school funnies like Adam etc :) I tell you this is the greatest app ever created by man. I'm going to be in heaven from now on. The funnies were the one thing missing from English life - the one thing. Ok so there probably is a whole lot more that I'm not thinking about at the moment but I'm a simple guy and this is just so damn cool. In the words of Calvin (Who I think is actually in one of the plugins I just downloaded - w00t!!!) "This is so cool I've got to pee!"
